Sport should always be a joy. Otherwise, it is useless and can do harm. Moreover, it migh cause nervous breakdowns and a complete of active lifestyle. Don’t focus on the elements which you find hard. There are so many alternatives today. If you do not like jogging or going to gym, try swimming or yoga. There are even more exotic options like tabata, zumba or cycling.
Stop constantly checking your weight

Of course, we have nothing against losing weight. Just stop being obsessed with this idea. Remember: the numbers do not define us. While you become depressed because of the extra kilos, life passes by. So be smart and find other things to focus yourself.
Do not eat food you don’t like

Healthy food is cool if it suits your diet. Green smoothies, chia seeds, quinoa. If you are not enthusiastic about these new products, why do you have to force yourself to consume them?
They are unlikely to make you healthier and they will only spoil your mood. Remember: food should cause positive emotions. From a variety of options and alternatives, choose those prod-ucts, which you really like.
Do not get mad for any purpose

Usually we get angry when something goes wrong. Of course, in life it is important to have a good plan and strive to control the situation. But much more important is to be able to be flexible and be ready to adapt for the situation. With this ability, you will forever forget about stress and unjustified expectations. Living will be much more fun and cool.
